The Dean’s Resilience Summit at the Headwaters

⚠️ Update: The Work Continues—Just in a Different Form

The Dean’s Resilience Summit at the Headwaters is no longer moving ahead in its original form.

Why? Because we’re listening.

In the U.S., many deans told us the fall is simply too precarious a time to step away—amid instability, political pressure, and intense institutional demands.

And in Canada, something powerful happened:

In July, at the Resilience Summit at the Faculty Club, a group of forward-looking deans co-created the Strategy for the 2.5%—and they’re eager to start operationalizing it with trusted peers from within their institutions.

So we’re evolving.

Designing a Resilient Academic Culture Retreat – January 21–23, 2026

A high-trust, capacity-building retreat for deans, associate deans, academic directors, and strategy leads—open to leaders from Canada, the U.S., and beyond.

This is where the Strategy comes to life.
