With a background in organisational development, I take a thoughtful and strategic approach to embedding inclusive practices into workplace culture, leadership, and policies. Over the years, I’ve led a range of EDI initiatives working closely with senior leaders, teams, and community partners to help create environments where people feel genuinely respected, valued, and able to thrive. My work is shaped by both data-driven insights and lived experience, ensuring that EDI initiatives are not only compliant but create truly transformative meaningful change. As a skilled facilitator, advisor, and change agent, I am particularly passionate about addressing systemic barriers and amplifying underrepresented voices. I'm driven by the belief that true inclusion is achieved when every individual feels a genuine sense of belonging.”
