ABOUT ELAINE:
Elaine Heier-Watt (she/her) is an experienced Higher Education Administrative and DEI professional. Her career has taken her from universities within the UK to the US with diverse roles centered in Executive Administration, DEI and Internal Communication; working with faculty, staff and students. Elaine's passion and professional research focuses on the power of storytelling for community building - both inside and outside of the workplace. Outside of her work Elaine has had roles in community theatre and volunteered as a disability and health advocate - and brings all of these strands into her work as an Equity Sequence® trainer.
